We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who is obsessed with helping customers succeed by solving their high-value problems with our Domain-Aligned AI™ technology. You will employ a consultative sales approach to understand enterprise pain points around AI reliability in industries, where cost of mistakes is very high, and position Nugen's solutions as the essential foundation for their trusted AI adoption journey.
Responsibilities
- Master the Sandler Selling System to conduct effective discovery calls that uncover enterprise customers' critical AI reliability challenges.
- Craft tailored solutions showing how Nugen's different editions (Developer, Professional, Enterprise) address specific industry pain points.
- Create compelling ROI analyses that demonstrate how our domain-aligned technology prevents costly AI failures across deployment methods (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
- Engage both technical evaluators and business decision-makers with appropriate value propositions for each stakeholder.
- Proactively identify and engage with businesses that could benefit from Nugen's offerings, demonstrating a consultative approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS/AI sales with demonstrated ability to think like a strategic consultant to customer businesses.
- Proven track record of building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders across the enterprise sales cycle.
- Experience with the Sandler Selling System and consultative sales approaches in technology environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) and their impact on AI implementation.
