We are seeking a Research Scientist to advance Nugen's breakthrough Domain-Aligned AI™ technology that solves critical reliability gaps in AI systems. You will conduct cutting-edge research on innovative AI architectures, develop novel approaches to maintaining quantifiable reliability bounds across specialized knowledge domains, and help create AI technologies that can be trusted in industries where the cost of errors is extraordinarily high.
Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives on model architecture innovations that enable predictable AI reliability in complex professional domains.
- Develop novel approaches to improving reliability and performance of AI systems in mission-critical applications.
- Design experiments to measure and benchmark AI reliability across different domains and deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to translate research breakthroughs into implementable techniques for production systems.
- Contribute to the AI research community through publications, technical reports, and open-source contributions.
Requirements
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field with strong research experience in deep learning architectures
- Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals demonstrating expertise in AI reliability, performance optimization, or related areas.
- Experience implementing and evaluating novel deep learning techniques using PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong understanding of both theoretical foundations and practical applications of ML in enterprise environments.
